Masterscard participates in the Facebook Messenger goldrush and develops chat robots for banking and merchant clients that enable clients to make transactions, fund management and purchase through the site. According to Gartner, by the end of 2016 almost 2 billion dollars in revenues will be generated solely through the use of portable devices.

Masterscard strives to secure its place in the new eco-system by joining forces with Kasisto, a technology company behind the KAI Banking Conversation AI Plattform, on its messenger for MS companies that meets customers' needs and solves issues, first in Facebook Messenger, before switching to other forums. Beginning early next year, U.S. shoppers will be able to ask the Mastercard KAI bid account related question about their account, check purchasing histories, track spend level, find out about the advantages of Mastercard cardholders, get access to relevant quotes through Mastercard Priceless experience and get help with money education.

Kasisto's Kasisto Chief Executive Officer and co-founder, Zor Gorelov, said: "This offering provides completely new experience, brings Mastercard advantages and provides consumer with human-like conversation that is personally and contextually relevant. Meanwhile, Mastercard is also creating a merchant bot that allows individuals to buy and trade on various messaging sites and then proceed to check out with the Masterpass paymentservice.

Dealers can begin using the Mastercard Bot commerce API in a box later this year to help them create Masterpass-based boot applications. "We at Mastercard believe that KI-driven conversation between businesses and their clients can lead to better consumer experience in places and plattforms where users are already active," says Kiki Del Valle, SVP, retailer for each Mastercard appliance.

Mastercard works with Fit Pay to make non-contact transactions possible on portable and fixed net terminals. They will work with equipment vendors such as Wearaetc, which manufactures associated clock buckles to provide intelligent equipment functions for luxurious timepieces. As part of Mastercard's Commerce for Every Apparatus program, Fit Pay maintains that its technology dramatically shortens time-to-market, costs, and complexities of providing secure and authenticated billing to portable handset vendors.
