If we have consented to bill you for all charges, you will be required to make all such payments within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of our bill. If we are not able to recover charges from your specified credit or debit line or other means of settlement, or (if applicable) you have not paid an account that we have filed by the due date, you acknowledge (in addition to any other right or remedy available to us) that we may impose an administrative penalty of 3 for any delay in payments.
