Homeline services can be offered for less than £6 per workweek. Older and younger disabled persons depend on our services to help them live on their own, knowing that they can call for help in an urgent need.

The Homeline and Homeline+ are the home helplines of the Swindon Borough Council. You will be run by a highly skilled Homeline Reply Officer, 24x7, 365x365. It is an award-winning communal phone alert system intended to support older and endangered individuals living in the communities.

All our leaders are qualified first aiders. We have hoisting bags and hoisting gear in our Homeline cars along with other devices to support our servicing customers. Our company is also skilled in the use of a defibrillator, one of which is transported in each of our rescue-cars. Elderly and young disabled persons depend on our services to help them lead independent lives in the awareness that they can call for help in an urgent need.

Swindon is a municipality of Swindon and the services are available to all inhabitants. At your home, we shall set up an alarmsystem equipped with a suspension or wristband-switch. If you need help in an emergencies, just push the key on your handset or your security system and our central office will be notified when you need it and one of our expert staff will speak to you about the security system.
