Loan Report Transaction Safeguards buyout financing
One of the companies behind a group of credit report and credit benchmarking sites has signed a financing agreement with Santander to help finance a second buy-out and grow its businesses in the market. The Credit Reporting Agency is the Checkmyfile.com parent corporation established in 2000 and the Group's main activity. It is said to have been the first website in the UK and Australia to give on-line consumer credit report viewing.
Financing by the EIB has allowed the company's senior managers to purchase the company in full. She will also be supporting the company's further development in the UK and abroad. "Santander's sponsorship and financing and we have no doubts that it will allow the Group to grow further."

It is our pleasure to help the Group' s senior executives expand their client bases and create new opportunities and services". As part of the deal, Isca Ventures served as senior corporate financial advisor, with Michelmore providing tax and law advice.
Previously, Foot Anstey provided regulatory assistance to the firm and took over responsibility for due diligence. 1. He added: "We are confident that this deal will allow the Group to grow further both in the UK and overseas". The Credit Reporting Agency was previously purchased in a MBO in May 2015.
