In some cases, however, there may be alternatives through traditional loans, collateralised loans or even business loans.

Enterprise Finance CEO Danny Waters says the bridging credit is a one-of-a-kind offering and there are no other offerings on the open mortgage finance markets. Bridge work usually starts at around 30,000 and has no limits.
